Is 24/7 support available?

Support is available Sun–Thu (9 AM – 9 PM) via WhatsApp and email. Afaq plan includes priority support.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your account enters read-only mode for 6 months after cancellation.

Yes, all Sutumatic systems are bilingual (Arabic/English). Switch languages easily from the dashboard.
